Our customers used an existing lot they owned, and together with Colevan Properties,
came up with a plan on this narrow lot that suited what were the most important features they needed in their lake home.  It was important to them all three bedrooms were on the main level, the home had an area for painting, and the master bedroom, kitchen, dinette and great room area all had lake views. 

This home features 3 bedrooms,
2 1/2 baths, an upstairs bonus room and a sunroom off of the master bedroom, a two-car garage with a  separate garage door for housing smaller items, such as a golf cart
or a lawn mower.

Home is still under construction. Vinyl siding finishes the outside, kitchen will have a large, 8 ft center island, master bath will have two vanities and a walk-in closet, and a 1/2 bath will finish

out the bonus area.
